Established in 2002 Delta Crawfish
set a goal to produce and provide farm raised, hand graded, well
water purged crawfish throughout the mid-south and beyond. With
over 200 acres currently in production bringing Arkansas farm
raised crawfish to you! Quality control means good water quality on the farm as
well as hand grading through
7/8 inch (Delta Selects) graders to ensure Delta Crawfish have consistent size
and taste!

purges up to 1800 lbs. of Delta Select Crawfish every 24 hours for a clean
product free of unwanted weight,
giving our customers more for their money and
that great purged taste!
